After Running Naked On The Beach And Posting A Picture On Social Media, Milind Soman Booked For Obscenity - Reports

On November 4, actor/model and fitness fanatic Milind Soman took to his Instagram account and decided to set the internet ablaze with his hot picture as he absolutely went nude while wishing himself on his birthday. The picture became the talking point on social media as it went viral in no time. In the photo, Milind who is in Goa with his wife Ankita Konwar was seen running on the beach completely naked. However, his birthday suit photo has got him in trouble now as he has been booked for obscenity. As per a tweet mentioned by news agency ANI, a case has been registered against Milind Soman, under IPC Sec 294 (Obscene acts and songs) & Sec 67 (Punishment for publishing/ transmitting obscene material in electronic form) of IT Act.
The ANI tweet read, "Case registered against model-actor-fitness promoter Milind Soman, under IPC Sec 294 (Obscene acts and songs) & Sec 67 (Punishment for publishing/ transmitting obscene material in electronic form) of IT Act for his social media post where he was seen sprinting naked at a Goa beach" This news comes a few days after model-actor Poonam Pandey and her husband were booked for obscenity after they shot a controversial photoshoot at a restricted dam site in Goa. Reportedly, Women's wing of Goa Forward Party complained model-actor Poonam Pandey in Goa, for shooting a nude video in the state of beaches.
As per reports, Poonam allegedly shot a "porn video" at Goa's Chapoli Dam. Nevertheless, Poonam Pandey and Sam Bombay were granted bail by the judicial magistrate.
Meanwhile, this is not the first time Milind Soman's nude pic has found him in a legal soup. In 1995 Milind Soman and his then-girlfriend and supermodel Madhu Sapre had posed nude for a shoe brand with just a snake around their neck. Two cases were filed against the controversial ad.
